Into the 2nd Week
Time passes very quickly when u're working. I'm into my 2nd week of work already. Work is great. Great colleagues, great office, great pantry, great job scope, great location, great pay. I'm lovin' in.. For now. Haha.
Though work is great, i no longer have time for anything else. No time to shop, no time to visit the museums, no time to watch movies (except on weekends which i hate), no time to watch tv, and no time for my FGL. =( Its sad enough we dun meet often, but some people got to have relationship problems on WEEKENDS, so some other people got to go and be peacemaker and the lend a listening ear. And it so happens, Weekends are the onli days i'm free. So how? Double T. Call me unreasonable.. But i dun care. Lao niang one week nv see him already. The weekends belongs to ME!!!!! Pui.
On another note..
Its amazing how often i'm feeling hungry when i'm working. I always bring something from home (sometimes an apple, or bread, or cereal, or biscuits) to eat in the office for breakfast and i usually eat it the moment i reach office, which is around 9.. Den i'll have either a coffee or milo. And by 11 i'll start feeling hungry again! Lunch is from 12-1 but we usually go out late so we end late. Sae i finish lunch at 1.30. And by 4 my stomach will start growling again! WHY?! Its not as though i'm working as a coolie or wad. I'm sitting in the office leh. tsk.
And i have no idea why i'm forever feeling sleepy. NOt like i'm not sleeping well leh. I sleep like a corpse! The onli thing i can hear is probably the alarm clock. Is it too early to sleep at 7pm? If i sleep at 7.. i get 12.5 hours of sleep! Den i'll wake up feeling super refreshed and ready to take on the day. =) But i feel its a waste of time to sleep so early. Sleeping early means tmr will come sooner. HAHA. I tink the best is just to lie on my bed and rot the night away. Nothing beats dat. Except.. maybe a massage or something. *wink* U noe... Or something Hahaha.
I'll blog again when i have something more interesting to blog about. Maybe after i party. HAHAHA.

Last Day of Freedom
I'm sure my title is as clear as it can get.. Today's my last day of 'freedom'.. Tmr onwards, i will become one of the many boring, no life working people we see everywhere. Just thinking about it makes me sleepy. ZZzzZzz..
I'm not usually this affected when it comes to a new job or new semester.. but knowing that once i start working, this is going to be permanent, and i'm going to be working for the next 30 years of my life... totally doesn't help. *Someone just stab me and end my misery*
There are still so many things that i wan to do! I won't be able to go for movie marathons anymore, I won't be able to sleep until late afternoon anymore, I won't be able to visit museums anymore, I won't be able to stay out late anymore, I won't be able to disturb FGL as often as i like anymore =( I talk like i'm dying, i noe. But I'm just sad.
Sigh..
On another note.. Ahmah was telling me about this franchise that her uncle wanted to bring into Sg.. All i can sae is.. Ahmah's mother is the most humble person i have ever known. I can't sae why.. ahmah will murder me. but its DAMN FUNNY. I told ahmah her mum is the 'most humblest' person i noe.. den she said no.. is humblerful.. *note: its not humbleful.. its humbleRful. Pronounced as "Hum-bler-ful" HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA! Ahmah just invented a new word.. Just like she invented a 'new animal' when i asked her to draw me a horse. Her "horse" looked like some kind of extinct animal.. or a SUPER endangered species. Too bad i forgot to take a pic of the "horse".. it would have created a commotion i'm sure. HAHA
ALright.. i'm going back to lie on my bed and sulk the rest of the day away..

Finally
After 2 months, 3 weeks of disgusting resume sending, interviewing and waiting, just when i thought i was going to be one of those graduates who take 6 months to find a job, I got offered a position as Marcom Executive at an American MNC (i think). I was telling a friend.. that the most satisfying thing about getting a job is not the 'getting the job' itself.. Its knowing my days of resume sending, interviewing and waiting are OVER. YES LAH!
Things have been going well for me i must say. Got my graduation robe yesterdae. *excitement* Convo's this coming 28th! I am so excited i might just pee in my pants! NOT. hahaha. I can't wait for convo.. Dear friend and I have finally done it. We got thru 4 semesters of projects and deadlines and tests and exams and we're alive to attend our own convocation. *touched*
And then there's the driving lessons.. Time to speed up dat process. I told dear friend earlier this year dat my resolution for this year is to get my driver's license. I WILL MAKE IT. I will do whatever it takes to get that license.. even if it means knocking everyone down on my way. HAHA.
Anyway.. just to get a feel of what's to come during convo~~

Movie Marathon
Finally, after talking about it for the longest time, i went for a movie marathon last week. I wouldn't say it was money well spent coz out of 3 movies.. onli 1 was not bad. The other 2.. i've got no comments. Especially the STUPID 'X-files'. The ONLY reason why we caught X files is because it wouldn't qualify as a movie 'marathon' if we onli caught 2 movies. We would have gone for the 4th one if our pockets permit. ha.
So i met ahmah the horse and we started our movie marathon at 1.25pm. First up was 'Book of Revelation'. R21. Its about this male dancer, daniel, who was kidnapped by 3 hooded women for 12 days, in which he was forced to receive oral sex, self masturbate and sodomized by a dildo. Then finally he was forced to 'dance' for the women before they release him. (this is why ahmah's been asking me to dance for her.. yeah rite.. over my dead body) Ahmah said dat she's 'too young' to watch such shows, and that the scenes were a little too 'up close and personal' for her to handle. HAHA. Hmm, ok maybe the masturbation scene was a tad too 'open'.. but overall i thought it was ok lah~ While the sex scenes were rather intriguing.. the story was moving WAY too slowly for my liking. It took literally FOREVER for dat guy to tell his gf wad happened! He was going '3 of them..... there were.... 3 of them... women.....' And dats all the gf ever heard. After dat the guy left the girl and went to seek revenge. Stupid. Halfway through the movie, we heard a super loud yawn. AHmah and i couldn't stop laughing coz i was oso yawning during the entire movie. hahaha. But overall it was not bad. Not good... but not bad.
The Mummy was quite good, comparing to the Book of Revelation. The 3 Yati / Yeti were so cute and sickening, they remind me of myself and ahmah. Ahawhawhaw.. Though the movie was good, the atmosphere wasn't. I was sitting next to a live commentator / monkey / idiot / loudspeaker. The moment the movie start.. he couldn't stop making snide comments about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. THROUGHOUT the movie, he was cheering 'WHOA! WHOO HOO! HAHAHAHAH! HO!' non stop. When Jet Li came onscreen, i heard 'Hey! JET LI!' I then turned to ahmah, and we were both thinking the EXACT same thing. 'Is he going to introduce every single character that comes along?' haha.. Yah.. it sounds funny now. But its not when this continues for the next 2 hours. He laughs SUPER loud when its NOT funny.. and keeps quiet and everyone's laughing. Best part, he claps when he laughs. So u can imagine.. 'HA HA HA HA HA.. *clap clap clap clap* HAHAHA' *roll eyes again* Ahmah was telling me the person beside her kept eating non stop.. and she can hear the crunching sound. Then i told her i have a live loudspeaker next to me and i would GLADLY swap seats with her.
After The Mummy, we caught X Files. Hai.. the story was.. i dun even noe where to begin. There's no paranormal stuff, no alien stuff, no ET, no UFO, nothing to do with any sci-fi or wadsoever. It was just... boring. The Book of Revelation was better than this! And maybe because we caught the 740 show.. the cinema was smelling a bit weird. A combination of sweat, ketchup, hotdogs and other stuff which i do not wan to noe. haha.
Movie marathon was fun.. though a little taxing on my back.. haha. Of course it would have been better if the first movie was shorter, if i wasn't sitting next to a monkey during the 2nd one, and if we had NOT watched the 3rd one at all. haha.
Just a side note.. i realised i like to contradict myself sometimes.. like for example.. i started off this post saying that i onli enjoyed 1 out of the 3 movies i caught and that i do not wish to comment about the 2 which i din enjoy.. but i ended up describing my ENTIRE experience. haha..
